Responsibilities
Prepare AutoCAD shop drawings, including scaffold layouts, air barrier details, and flashing details
Prepare and manage submittals in compliance with contract documents
Review contract drawings and prepare RFIs to resolve conflicts or missing information
Coordinate with general contractors and other trades to ensure proper integration of masonry work
Conduct jobsite visits to monitor quality, productivity, and safety compliance
Maintain project control logs, including RFIs, submittals, change logs, and production reports
Perform material takeoffs, pricing reviews, and purchase order preparation
Support invoicing, progress billings, and schedule of values
Assist field teams with layout clarification and drawing updates
Identify safety concerns and report issues during site visits
Support change order pricing, documentation, and negotiations
Qualification
Required
1–3 years of experience supporting construction projects; masonry or general contracting experience preferred
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Familiarity with construction project management software
Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and contracts
Excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
