Drive sales and manage retail teams

Qualification
Required
Strong experience in Retail and Sales, with a proven ability to meet and exceed targets
Demonstrated expertise in Team Management and Operations Management
Proficiency in Budgeting and financial planning to achieve organizational goals effectively
Exceptional leadership and decision-making skills, along with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is desirable
Preferred
Prior experience in the jewelry industry or luxury retail is a plus
