Collections Administrator

Aston Carter is partnering with a leading client to hire an Administrative Collections Specialist. This role supports key office and collections functions by managing documentation, updating account information, and assisting customers with invoice-related inquiries.

Responsibilities

Pull, prepare, and distribute invoice copies and ad hoc invoices
Retrieve and send contract documents as needed
Submit credit memos, including adjustments for late fees and finance charges
Maintain and update customer contact information
Complete Salesforce account reassignments
Process post-dated R12 payments daily
Provide end-of-lease notices to Account Managers
Perform monthly administrative assignment scrubs (Admin and C2)
Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist clients with invoice questions
Support general administrative and collections tasks as assigned

Qualification

B2B collections experienceSalesforceOracleAttention to detailMicrosoft OfficeCommunication skillsAdaptability

Required

Experience supporting B2B collections is required
Comfortable navigating multiple systems while completing administrative tasks
Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Preferred

Proficiency with Microsoft Office is a plus
