Responsibilities
Screen resumes, applications, and licensure to assess initial fit
Conduct phone screens with candidates as the first step in the interview process
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and the hiring manager
Prepare and extend offers of employment for selected candidates
Provide a strong candidate experience throughout the full-cycle recruitment process
Source qualified candidates through a variety of channels including but not limited to job boards, social media, referrals, and networking
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified healthcare professionals for current and future job opportunities
Proficiently utilize the Applicant Tracking System (Zoho) to ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate records
Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) related to recruiting
Maintain a high level of integrity to ensure a fair and inclusive hiring process
Introduce new creative ideas to encourage growth for the team
Occasional travel for recruiting related events may be required
Ensure compliance with employment labor laws and company policies throughout the recruitment process
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
1+ years of Recruiting experience
Experience working in a customer-facing environment
Strong attention to detail and precision
Proficiency in using MS Office applications
Demonstrated ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to work independently as well as collaborate with diverse, cross functional teams
Strong analytical skills for interpreting data related to recruiting
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
