Responsibilities
Conduct full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements
Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruitment tools to source potential candidates
Maintain strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively liaise with candidates and team members
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 2+ years recruiting experience
Associate's Degree or higher
Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred
Experience in life sciences recruiting is strongly preferred
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
