Client Care Specialist (Dispatcher / Office)

Consumer Services
Responsibilities
Serve as the main point of contact for clients via phone and electronic communication
Schedule plumbing services and coordinate appointments efficiently
Provide accurate information regarding services, pricing, and timelines
Maintain and update customer records in company systems
Make outbound calls for service reminders, follow-ups, and membership outreach
Identify opportunities to recommend additional services or service plans
Coordinate closely with technicians and management to support daily operations
Address customer concerns professionally and efficiently
Assist with administrative tasks as needed
Qualification
Required
2+ years in customer service, dispatch, or call center environment
High school diploma or GED required
Strong verbal and written communication
Problem-solving and organizational skills
Computer proficiency (Google Workspace preferred)
Detail-oriented and reliable
Professional phone presence
Team player with a customer-first mindset
Preferred
Familiarity with the local service area is a plus
