Principal Systems Integration, Build and Test Lead

Responsibilities
Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of integration, build processes, and testing activities throughout the project lifecycle
Ensure seamless integration of components
Manage build configurations, and troubleshoot issues to maintain system integrity
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with technical requirements
Deliver high-quality solutions on schedule
Qualification
Required
Typically requires a Bachelor's in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of eight (8) years of relevant prior experience
Experience with systems integration at multiple levels of a build
Integration, build and test processes experience
Experience leading a team
Active and transferrable US Government issued security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
Preferred
Strong experience with process improvement
Experience working autonomously with minimal oversight
Experience executing program gate activities (PDR, CDR, TRR, etc.)
Experience with 1553 Reprogramming
Flight test experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Integration troubleshooting experience
