Responsibilities

Lead and collaborate with other Value Stream leaders to drive end‑to‑end delivery
Participate in value stream ceremonies, process optimization efforts, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
Define, plan, and execute project and program activities including scope, scheduling, tracking, risk management, and reporting
Use strong communication and negotiation skills to build alignment among stakeholders, manage expectations, and advocate for organizational priorities
Apply software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile best practices to project planning and execution
Guide teams to ensure adherence to engineering standards and quality processes
Develop and maintain project documentation including flow metrics, backlogs, project plans, meeting notes, action items, and dashboards
Provide consistent, data‑driven updates on progress, milestones, and key performance metrics in alignment with Agile principles
Partner with product managers, engineering, QA, customer support, and other internal/external stakeholders to ensure clarity of expectations and seamless communication
Analyze complex issues, identify root causes, and drive the creation of actionable solutions to maintain delivery momentum
Contribute to process enhancement initiatives by actively participating in retrospectives and cross-team improvement efforts
Advocate for best practices in program management and execution
Lead and coordinate end-to-end integration activities for newly acquired organizations
Oversee discovery, Day‑1 readiness, onboarding, integration planning, and operational stabilization
Partner closely with HR, Global Security, Enterprise Solutions & Experience (ESE), and acquisition-side leadership
Ensure early realization of acquisition value while minimizing risk, disruption, and onboarding overhead

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
5+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager or similar role delivering complex software initiatives
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into actionable plans
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and applying strong business acumen
Highly organized and detail‑oriented, capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously
Solid understanding of Agile frameworks including SAFe, Scrum, Lean Portfolio Management (LPM), and DevOps
Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, and Azure DevOps
Ability to assess project velocity and maintain effective communication cadence
Experience developing project plans and reporting status to leadership
Flexibility to work across multiple time zones as needed
Ability to work in a hybrid schedule with at least three days per week onsite
