Responsibilities
Perform calibration and certification of electronic measuring and test equipment according to technical specifications, ensuring traceability to the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST)
Calibrate and repair equipment such as Multimeters, frequency counter, timers, oscilloscopes, power supplies, electronic loads, and Thermo-hygrometers
Calibrate standards used in calibrations and maintain equipment to established performance standards
Record maintenance activities in CMS, generate reports on results of tests, conditions of equipment and/or systems, repairs, and preventive maintenance performed, and prepare necessary documentation as required by customer and regulatory requirements
Utilize common laboratory measuring, calibrating, and test equipment
Complete all other duties as assigned

Qualification
Required
High school diploma with 3+ years of experience in the field, OR associate's degree in engineering technology or a relevant field with 3 years of experience
Working knowledge of one or more of the following voltage, current, resistance, capacitance, time and frequency, signal conditioning, etc
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office software, including Excel
Preferred
Experience with IndySoft, Fluke Met/Team, Fluke Met/Track, and Met/Cal systems
Familiarity with laboratory measurement and calibration equipment
Experience in calibration of mass and weights, and/or the use of mass comparators
