Responsibilities
Own high-stakes, multi-threaded deals
Develop and refine the enterprise sales playbook
Grind through complex cycles—from prospecting to negotiation to close
Work closely with Product, Marketing, Engineering, and Customer Success to drive seamless adoption and long-term expansion
Help shape the next generation of enterprise sellers at Spot AI through mentorship and building repeatable, scalable sales motions
Qualification
Required
At least 7 years of enterprise sales success, ideally in a high-growth SaaS or technology environment
Ability to drive complex, multi-threaded deals
Understanding of enterprise deal cycles
Skill in finding, developing, and expanding new business opportunities
Self-motivated and accountable with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes
Ability to refine processes and share best practices
Deep expertise while remaining open to new ideas, feedback, and innovation
Impact-driven mindset focused on success for the team and company
Proven track record as a top seller or President's Club performer
Preferred
Experience founding a company or being among the first 20 employees
Experience leading a venture for 2+ years
