Coordinate and schedule interviews for multiple recruiters and hiring leaders
Post jobs across job boards and social media platforms
Source candidates for construction and fiber-related roles
Support the TA team with administrative and coordination needs
Maintain accurate recruiting data and workflows in the ATS
Qualification
Required
Experience supporting recruiting or HR teams in a coordination or admin capacity
Strong scheduling, organization, and communication skills
Comfort working in fast-paced, high-volume environments
Familiarity with Microsoft tools; ATS experience (SAP preferred)
Preferred
Exposure to sourcing or recruiting within construction, trades, fiber, or similar industries preferred
