Responsibilities
Design and develop backend services and APIs using Java and Spring Boot for enterprise applications (CRM/ERP platforms)
Build and maintain workflow-driven applications using BPM frameworks such as Flowable, Camunda, or jBPM
Support system design and architecture discussions and help implement scalable, secure backend solutions
Collaborate with frontend engineers, product managers, and designers to deliver end-to-end features
Write clean, well-documented, and testable code following best engineering practices
Develop and execute unit and integration tests to ensure application quality and reliability
Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and knowledge-sharing sessions
Continuously learn and apply modern backend technologies, cloud concepts, and open-source tools
Qualification
Required
Strong knowledge of Java and object-oriented programming concepts
Hands-on experience or academic projects using Spring Boot / Spring Framework
Basic understanding of REST APIs, databases (SQL), and web application architecture
Familiarity with Git or similar version control systems
Exposure to BPM/workflow frameworks (Flowable, Camunda, jBPM) through coursework, projects, or internships is a strong plus
Good problem-solving skills and ability to learn new technologies quickly
Preferred
Master's in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field
