The role involves managing multiple projects, ensuring timely completion, budget adherence, and maintaining customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of structured cabling and telecommunications projects
Coordinate with clients and contractors regarding updates, issues, or changes
Track project performance, milestones, budgets, and KPIs; report to management regularly
Ensure quality control through onsite job checks, safety audits, and hazard assessments
Assist with creation of project packets and develop new project scopes
Close out projects with as-built documentation, test results, and post-mortem reviews
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, keeping accurate records and documentation
Provide mentorship and direction to field teams
Maintain excellent customer service while resolving project challenges
Work with manufacturers’ systems such as Siemon, Belden, Panduit, Corning, etc
Qualification
Required
3+ years of project management experience
Proven leadership and team motivation skills
Ability to read blueprints and construction documents
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Capable of lifting up to 75 lbs and adhering to jobsite safety requirements
Valid driver's license with clean driving record
Must pass background check, MVR, and drug screening
Preferred
Experience in structured cabling highly preferred
BICSI or PMP certifications strongly preferred
