Responsibilities

Interpret family drawings and BOM information and accurately enter and update the data into databases, spreadsheets, and internal systems
Verify the accuracy of information before inputting
Perform regular data audits and maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information
Generate reports and summaries as needed
Collaborate with other departments to ensure data consistency
Respond to data-related inquiries and resolve discrepancies
Perform other duties as assigned

Qualification

Data entry experienceMicrosoft Excel proficiencyTechnical knowledge of drawingsERP knowledge (Sage)Communication skillsTeam playerAdaptability

Required

Experience in data entry or administrative support
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Good communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with other departments
A good understanding of technical knowledge pertaining to drawings, schematics, and blueprints

Preferred

Ability to read drawings/blueprints is very helpful
ERP knowledge is a big plus, specifically Sage
Ability and willingness to work as a team player
Must be able to adapt to changing priorities
