Senior Workforce Planning Analyst

The Senior Workforce Planning Analyst will execute large-scale workforce planning initiatives, analyze workforce data, and develop strategies to ensure the organization has the right employees with the right skills.

Responsibilities

Leads and supports large‑scale workforce planning projects by executing key initiatives, monitoring progress, identifying risks, and delivering status updates and recommendations to leadership
Performs advanced workforce analytics, incorporating external labor market data and future‑of‑work insights to guide strategic planning
Builds and refines workforce forecasts and modeling tools aligned with business priorities and industry trends
Partners with People & Culture, business leaders, Talent Development, and the PMO to coordinate planning efforts and address critical skill gaps
Contributes to enterprise workforce strategy frameworks and ensures all planning processes comply with organizational policies and regulations
May perform other job duties as assigned

Required

Minimum of 6 years of experience in strategic human resources, workforce planning, organization development, industrial psychology, data science or talent development
Bachelor's degree

Certification in workforce planning or human resources (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) preferred
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Adaptability to changing business needs and priorities
High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of work
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work with confidential materials and employee information
