Screen resumes and applications based on specific guidelines to identify qualified candidates
Schedule interviews, drug screens, and manage other hiring process communications
Organize New Hire orientation using a scripted process
Maintain records of recruiting activities
Spend approximately 75% of time on screening, calling, or emailing candidates and 25% on sourcing and screening
Perform other duties as required
Qualification
Required
Manufacturing Talent Acquisition experience
6 months of relevant experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Strong communication skills
Excellent listening abilities
Ability to multitask
Target-driven mindset
Experience with recruiting software
Recruitment and hiring expertise
Full-cycle recruiting experience
Background in human resources
Preferred
1-2 years of recruiting experience in a manufacturing environment
