Director/ExecutiveEndeavor Agency is partnering with a rapidly growing finance company that specializes in equipment leasing and lease-to-own financing for underserved tier 2 customers. They are seeking an experienced Vice President of Credit & Collections to lead their collections operations, enhance performance through leadership and technology, and provide strategic insights to senior leadership.

Responsibilities
Lead and manage the domestic collections organization and offshore support team to drive performance and results
Refine existing collections structure by establishing benchmarks, productivity metrics, and clear expectations
Improve engagement, accountability, and performance within a largely remote workforce
Own weekly and monthly reporting to senior leadership, including trend analysis and actionable insights
Analyze portfolio performance and identify opportunities to improve collections effectiveness
Partner with internal teams to evaluate, test, and implement technology, automation, and AI solutions
Drive continuous improvement across processes and systems to reduce cycle time and enhance outcomes
Serve as a strategic advisor to executive leadership on risk, cash performance, and operational improvements
Qualification
Required
Senior leadership experience in credit, collections, finance operations, or revenue operations
Proven ability to lead and scale distributed and offshore teams
Strong analytical capabilities with a track record of driving data informed decisions
Experience facilitating or partnering on technology, automation, and AI driven initiatives
Executive presence with experience communicating directly with CEO and CFO level stakeholders
Preferred
Exposure to legal collections, compliance driven collections, or litigation managed portfolios
Direct collections experience
