Director of Employee Relations

Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and communicate employee relations policies and procedures in compliance with employment laws
Lead investigations into employee complaints, conflicts, and grievances; recommend and implement fair, consistent resolutions
Foster open communication and promote employee engagement and satisfaction
Partner with leadership to address performance issues, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans
Design and analyze employee surveys to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
Identify and mitigate employee relations risks in collaboration with HR, Legal, and senior leadership
Support training and coaching for leaders on employee relations and conflict resolution
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field highly desired
Minimum of five (5) years of progressive human resources experience with a strong focus on employee relations required
In‑depth knowledge of local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations
Proven experience handling complex employee relations issues and investigations
