Responsibilities
Support the design and review of electronic circuits and systems with a focus on EMC/EMI performance
Assist in PCB layout reviews to improve grounding, shielding, filtering, and noise reduction
Perform basic EMC/EMI simulations and circuit analysis using industry tools
Participate in pre-compliance testing and EMI debugging in the lab
Help evaluate and improve product performance for conducted and radiated emissions and immunity (ESD, surge, EFT)
Work closely with hardware, layout, and system engineers to resolve EMC-related issues
Document test results and contribute to certification preparation (CE, FCC, CISPR, IEC)
Learn and apply industry EMC standards and best practices in real product development
Qualification
Required
Strong foundation in circuit design, digital & power electronics, and electromagnetism, with advanced knowledge of EMC/EMI standards and mitigation techniques
Hands-on experience in EMC/EMI compliance strategy, conducted & radiated emission control, and immunity robustness engineering (ESD, EFT, surge, RF)
Expertise in PCB & power layout for EMC, grounding, shielding, filtering, and system-level EMC architecture
Proficiency in circuit simulation and EMC/EMI simulation tools, and working experience with Altium Designer
Practical experience in pre-compliance testing, EMI debugging, and supporting formal certification (CE, FCC, CISPR, IEC)
Strong cross-functional collaboration, analytical problem-solving, and technical communication skills
Preferred
Master's in electrical engineering or a related field
