Responsibilities

Analyzing, optimizing, and reporting on revenue cycle processes, including billing, collections, reimbursements, and financial data management
Collaborates with cross-functional teams to identify trends, resolve issues, and implement process improvements to maximize revenue and reduce and monitor expense

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, healthcare administration, or related field
2+ years of experience in financial analysis
CRCR (Certified Revenue Cycle Representative) within 12 months of hire into the position
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented
Proficiency in data analysis tools
Ability to work collaboratively across departments and interact with stakeholders at all levels
High attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting and data management

Preferred

Master's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, healthcare administration, or related field
2+ years of experience in financial analysis in a healthcare environment
Knowledge of healthcare billing, coding, and reimbursement methodologies
