HCS HR Data Supervisor

Responsibilities

Ensure accurate and timely entry of employee data actions, transfers, promotions, and other lifecycle events
Maintain data integrity and alignment with HR, Payroll, and Benefits requirements
Oversee the maintenance and auditing HR data and teammate records
Lead, develop, and evaluate a team of HR data analysts
Manage selection, training, scheduling, performance feedback, and ongoing coaching
Ensure high-quality service delivery and team engagement
Reviews team cases to ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely resolution
Analyzes cases to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement, such as creating knowledge base articles and response templates
Researches and resolves complex inquiries and escalated issues
Leads service recovery efforts for calls/cases requiring additional outreach due to incorrect or incomplete information
Engages with teammates and stakeholders to resolve issues promptly and effectively, demonstrating a commitment to customer satisfaction
Develop and maintain effective internal controls to ensure adherence to laws, accreditation standards, and organizational policies
Conduct regular audits
Address discrepancies promptly and partner with Legal, Compliance, and HR teams as needed
Monitor timelines and key milestones
Proactively identify delays or barriers and resolve issues or escalate as necessary

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalency as outlined under experience
If a Bachelor's degree: No prior experience required
If an Associate's degree: two (2) years of relevant experience
If a High School diploma or GED: Six (6) years of relevant experience
Excellent organizational skills, strong attention to details, and process oriented
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient with excel and possess the capabilities of being able to complete V-Lookups to obtain data when needed
Demonstrated ability to maintain a confidential work environment, including handling issues with discretion, and good judgement
Ability to manage workload and achieve results with minimal supervision
