Responsibilities
Customer Service
Dispatch to Police and Fire departments across the country
Work as a team player in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
Monitor alarm systems using our software and systems
Follow established dispatch protocols and procedures
Professionally answer and respond to incoming and outgoing calls
Maintain all telephone calls with a high degree of urgency and accuracy
Starting shifts includes weekends
Full time schedules available after training
Qualification
Required
High School education level
Customer Service experience
Ability to dispatch to Police and Fire departments across the country
Ability to work as a team player in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
Ability to monitor alarm systems using software and systems
Ability to follow established dispatch protocols and procedures
Ability to professionally answer and respond to incoming and outgoing calls
Ability to maintain all telephone calls with a high degree of urgency and accuracy
Availability to work starting shifts that include weekends
Full-time availability after training
