Responsibilities
Greeting visitors and serving as a friendly first point of contact
Answering phones and responding to emails professionally
Filing, organizing, and maintaining records and documentation
Supporting field operations through accurate data entry and reporting
Acting as a liaison between field teams and corporate staff
Drafting basic memos, emails, and reports
Keeping office, conference rooms, and equipment stocked and organized
Ordering office supplies and assisting with month-end close support
Jumping in where needed—no two days are the same

Qualification
Required
Positive, reliable, can-do attitude
Strong organization and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
