Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and develop both the Customer Service and Inside Sales teams
Foster a professional, collaborative, and high-performing team environment
Oversee daily in-person customer service operations, scheduling coordination, and call flow
Manage inside sales activities, including inbound leads, follow-up processes, and conversion performance
Monitor and report on key performance metrics such as call quality, response times, customer satisfaction, and sales conversion rates
Address escalated customer concerns in a timely, professional, and solutions-oriented manner
Partner closely with Service Managers, Sales Leadership, and Operations to support company objectives
Support hiring, onboarding, and ongoing training for both teams
Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and documentation standards
Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and the overall customer and sales experience
Maintain accurate records, reporting, and performance tracking
Qualification
Required
3+ years of customer service and/or inside sales leadership experience (service-based industry preferred)
Proven ability to coach, motivate, and manage teams in an in-person environment
Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
High level of professionalism, attention to detail, and follow-through
Preferred
Experience with call centers, inside sales teams, scheduling, or dispatching preferred
