Responsibilities
Managing customer accounts, including invoicing, payment processing, and reconciling account discrepancies
Maintaining accurate financial records
Monitoring accounts to identify overdue payments
Working closely with the sales and customer service teams to address any billing concerns or inquiries
Qualification
Required
Strong accounting and financial management skills, including knowledge of accounts receivable processes and systems
Proficiency in using accounting software, spreadsheets, and tools for data management and analysis
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients and internal teams effectively
Problem-solving and organizational skills to address discrepancies and ensure accurate financial reporting
High attention to detail and ability to work with confidential information
Significant experience in a similar role or accounting-related field is required
Preferred
Relevant education in accounting, finance, or related field is preferred
