Responsibilities
Collect, process, and analyze data to develop immersive stories that answer business questions
Apply proven statistical methods to draw insights and translate them into actionable business results
Identify and acquire novel data sources to enrich analyses
Perform data mining, processing, and summarization while ensuring data quality
Query databases, ensure quality of data scraping, and resolve data issues promptly
Analyze large datasets, derive valid inferences, and prepare and present insights via narratives, visualizations, or dashboards
Establish and maintain data pipelines and new analytics capabilities
Produce and monitor key performance indicators
Formulate functional and technical requirements from business problems
Program‑management of key tasks and resources to achieve cost and schedule objectives
Perform root cause analysis using analytics
Qualification
Required
In-Depth knowledge of SQL, SharePoint, Tableau, and Microsoft Office products
Naval Aviation Maintenance Program (NAMP) 4790.2 maintenance documentation requirements
This position requires a Secret government security clearance; you must be a US Citizen for consideration
This position requires ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Common Access Card (CAC)
This position will involve around 10% travel
Root Cause Analysis experience and certification

T/M/S H-53 Maintenance Knowledge
LSS/Blackbelt certification
H-53 Maintenance knowledge/experience
H-53 Aircrew Experience
Experienced with the application of statistics and data-mining (trend discovery and analysis, text mining, correlation and pattern discovery)
Demonstrated excellent team building and interpersonal skills, capable of relationship building with key internal and external stakeholders, and employees at all levels across multiple geographic locations
Proven ability to work collaboratively within cross functional teams, both remote and in-person
Exceptional verbal and written skills, and the ability to present complex technical issues to customers and LM management
Ability to help develop analytical tools for H-53 heavy lift programs that help optimize performance and reduce cost
