Responsibilities
Evaluate exposures and renewal quotes
Review upcoming renewals and determine which accounts warrant remarketing
Make coverage recommendations to clients
Utilize comparative rater tools to obtain quotes
Handle agency billing transactions (where applicable)
Obtain signed binding documents and notify carriers
Review binding documents for accuracy
Conduct contract reviews
Round out accounts and promote additional services
Maintain accurate account details, contacts, and policy information in EPIC
Process renewals, endorsements, acknowledgments, cancellations, and proofs of insurance
Organize and manage documents in EPIC
Initiate endorsements, proofs of insurance, and invoices
Leverage templates and system-generated letters for client and carrier communications
Create and assign activities in EPIC
Pull relevant documents such as MVR, CLUES, Risk Meters, and RCE as needed
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 3+ years of experience in Personal Property & Casualty insurance with a comprehensive understanding of insurance coverages
State Property & Casualty insurance license is required
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including formulas, charts, and tables), Word, and other MS Office products
Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technology platforms
Proficiency in agency management systems and carrier sites (EPIC preferred)
Strong interpersonal skills with a hands-on approach to customer service
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and build trust with peers
Deep understanding of client requirements, competitive markets, and industry trends
High attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to resolve complex situations
High School Diploma or equivalent
