Responsibilities

Performs test operations in accordance with test procedures, schematic diagrams, engineering sketches and/or verbal instructions

Operates various types of test equipment such as VOM, Oscilloscope, chart recorder, vibration machine, data logger and power sources

Performs mathematical calculations as necessary to develop data relative to basic electronic circuits

Prepares and maintains test reports and records as necessary to satisfy company and customer’s requirements and to certify product conformance to specifications

Supports the production and engineering with failure identification and analysis of production hardware

Writes failure analysis reports for returned units prior to shipping them back to the customer

Required

2 year degree in electronics or equivalent trade school certification

Minimum of 2 years electronic manufacturing test and repair experience
