Sales Engineer
The Federal Group USA is a leading producer of custom metal components, combining engineering expertise with advanced manufacturing processes. The Sales Engineer will nurture inbound leads, generate outbound prospects, and collaborate with the Purchasing Manager and Manufacturing Engineer to ensure client orders are on schedule.

Responsibilities
Identify 10 new leads per month via prospecting tools and add them to company CRM
Secure at least 1 new business opportunity per year with a new client
Manage and strengthen relationships with existing clients
Use client order history to help anticipate inventory and future orders
Travel to meet clients (prospective and current). Maintain and update client visit calendar
Present accurate (correct based on client information and requirements) proposals for leads and clients
Walk new clients through proposals during live virtual or in-person meetings
Record and transcribe important internal and client meetings using company tools
Help the company reach its YOY sales goal of 12%
Respond to leads and clients within 1 hour maximum
Flag client issues and high priority requests to management within the same day
All other duties as assigned by CEO and COO
Qualification
Required
High school diploma required; College Degree Preferred
Proven track record in B2B sales
Availability Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm eastern standard time
Ability to reliably commute to company headquarters
Excellent writing, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Teams, etc.)
Experience with CRM software (FreshSales, Salesforce, etc.)
Experience with lead generation tools (LinkedIn Navigator, RocketReach, etc.)
Fluent in English
Authorization to work in the United States (the Company is unable to sponsor work visas)
