The Administrative Catering Lead will support the catering operations team by managing daily administrative tasks, ensuring accurate menu displays, and assisting with kitchen operations as needed.

Responsibilities

Printing and Organizing Daily Menu Signs + Dish Cards

Managing Temperature logs

Printing/Sharing Daily Host Numbers Sheet

Maintaining the office

Inputting order data into Sifted technology

Assisting in station set up, setting teams up for success

Inputting Menu’s & Elements

Setting standards for each station’s production values/ working with Sous Chef to look over numbers for the upcoming weeks menu

Ensuring teams are held accountable for daily temperature and blast chiller logs

Helping in kitchen with Prep/ Serving as needed

Ensuring menu screens and menu cards are accurate and all allergens are clearly marked

Required

Has had experience with catering and event servicing

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

Experience in administrative roles, preferably in catering or hospitality

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving

This position must maintain ServSafe Food Handler card (company-paid)

This position requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs

The ability to stand for long periods of time

The ability to bend, squat, and reach
