NewForm is a performance marketing agency that manages significant ad spend for tech and mobile brands. The role of a paid social analyst involves analyzing ad data to provide insights, reports, and forecasts in collaboration with media buyers and account managers.

Responsibilities
Build and maintain weekly/monthly reporting across Meta + TikTok (and other channels as needed)
Identify what’s driving performance changes: creative mix, audience shifts, delivery changes, funnel issues, attribution, seasonality, etc
Build forecasting and projection tools with the assistance of the engineering team
Proactively suggest optimizations to improve clients' media program efficiency and scalability
Qualification
Required
Very strong analytical skills
Hunger to learn
Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship, now or in the future
