Responsibilities

Serve as the Contract Manager for a variety of contracts, including Memorandums of Understanding (MOU) and Inter-Agency Agreements (IAC) focusing on External Data Exchange (EDE) Contracts
Develop, review or revise new contracts, renewals or amendments
Oversee, interpret, and manage assigned contracts
Act as the liaison between contractors and program staff
Facilitate communication and collaboration between all contract stakeholders and serves as the single point of contact for all contractual accountability activities between TWC and contractors
Assist in the development of policies and procedures related to contracting activities
Perform other duties as assigned

Required

Four years of full-time experience in contract development, management, evaluation, monitoring, or training of contract providers or customers; or in the delivery of workforce development services which included contract development, management, evaluation, monitoring, or training of contract providers or customers
Relevant academic credits may be applied toward experience qualifications for this position

Preferred

Currently holds a Certified Texas Contract Manager (CTCM) or Certified Texas Contract Developer (CTCD)
Experience in technical writing, procurement processes, and contract development
Experience in process facilitation, customer service, and data analysis
Strong communication and organization skills with attention to detail
