Marketing Coordinator
Imprimus Labels and Packaging is dedicated to providing high-quality, custom-printed labels and packaging solutions. They are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to develop and execute marketing initiatives that promote the Imprimus brand, manage day-to-day marketing activities, and support business development efforts.

Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social media platforms
Collaborate with the Sales team to develop marketing materials and promotional content tailored to key customer segments
Track and analyze campaign performance metrics to evaluate lead generation success and inform future strategies
Create compelling content for the company website, blog, social media, newsletters, and case studies that highlight customer success and industry expertise
Develop product brochures, sell sheets, capability decks, and sample kits that showcase Imprimus’ solutions. Coordinate the distribution of samples to the Sales team
Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all customer touchpoints
Manage updates to the Imprimus website, ensuring accuracy, SEO optimization, and content designed to attract B2B prospects
Oversee social media accounts and plan content calendars to increase visibility and generate inbound inquiries
Execute email marketing campaigns and nurture sequences that support sales pipeline development
Coordinate trade show participation, including pre-show outreach, logistics, booth setup, branded materials, and post-show follow-up campaigns
Support customer events and promotional initiatives that enhance brand exposure and generate leads
Conduct research on competitors, market trends, and customer industries to identify opportunities (ZoomInfo, Apollo)
Maintain and update CRM systems (HubSpot) with campaign data, lead sources, and marketing attribution
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
2+ years of experience in a B2B marketing role (experience in the label printing, packaging, or manufacturing industry preferred)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in marketing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Mailchimp, HubSpot, Apollo, or similar platforms
Familiarity with SEO, social media marketing, and content creation
Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including significant interaction with sales
Preferred
Knowledge of the printing industry (digital, flexographic, or offset)
Experience with trade show coordination or developing sales support materials
Basic photography or video editing skills for marketing content
