Responsibilities
Build customer integrations with pharmacy management systems and customer APIs
Create self-service configuration tools that let customers customize voice agents and prescription processing workflows
Develop admin dashboards for customers to manage their implementations
Own the integration and services layer—working with our infrastructure team on deployment and AI team on delivering intelligent experiences
Enable faster enterprise onboarding—building the frameworks that turn weeks-long implementations into days
Qualification
Required
2+ years building full stack applications
Strong full stack fundamentals—modern frontend (React/Next.js or similar) and backend API development
Experience building and consuming APIs—REST, GraphQL, webhooks, third-party integrations
Product thinking—you can translate customer needs into self-service features
Comfort with ambiguity and ownership—this is a small team where you'll need to figure things out independently
Preferred
Python experience
Experience building admin or configuration UIs
Integration platform experience (webhooks, API design patterns)
