Responsibilities
Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, meeting the highest quality standards
Provide exceptional project and programme management throughout the entire project lifecycle, from planning and execution to monitoring and closure
Assist clients in managing project costs, schedules, risks, and issues, providing expert guidance and support
Work effectively within multi-disciplinary teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment
Contribute to monthly reports, providing clear and concise updates on project progress, risks, and issues
Develop and utilize effective communication tools to ensure all stakeholders are informed and engaged
Challenge existing processes and strive for continuous improvement, implementing best practices and innovative solutions
Qualification
Required
Progress towards our possession of a Project Management Qualification (APM, RICS, or similar) is essential
Demonstrated experience with best practice Project Management techniques and methodologies
In-depth knowledge of pre- and post-contract Project Management responsibilities, including planning, execution, and closeout
Strong ability to manage projects from initiation to completion, with excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and project success
