Responsibilities
Provide strategic and operational oversight for administrative, financial, and facility functions
Ensure the business infrastructure of both organizations is robust and aligned with their spiritual missions
Give the pastoral staff the freedom to focus on ministerial responsibilities by assuming the administrative workload
Support the Senior Pastor and CEO of the organizations as they provide resources and advice to the CRPC Governing Session and CRM Board
Provide strategic leadership across ministry and operations by partnering with executive leadership to drive integrated planning, streamline policies and processes, and create efficiencies across both organizations
Oversee financial management, facilities, and human resources, ensuring fiscal transparency and compliance, maximizing campus and studio revenue opportunities, and building a strong, accountable, and mission-driven staff team
Qualification
Required
Strategic and operational oversight for administrative, financial, and facility functions
Experience in providing resources and advice to governing bodies
Ability to partner with executive leadership to drive integrated planning
Experience in streamlining policies and processes
Ability to create efficiencies across organizations
