Responsibilities
Lead and manage complex, cross-functional programs from initiation to closure
Drive progress and ensure on-time delivery across multiple projects
Track and report project health, providing insights on progress, resources, budget, risks, and issues
Ensure accuracy and compliance of program data
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external partners
Qualification
Required
Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
Over 10–12 years of experience leading complex, cross-functional programs
Proven track record in timely delivery and execution across multiple interdependent projects
Strong skills in performance monitoring and reporting, utilizing dynamic dashboards and KPIs
Experience ensuring data integrity and compliance for reliable decision-making
Ability to manage follow-ups and dependencies independently, driving closure on critical tasks
Excellent stakeholder and partner management skills
Preferred
Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid project management methodologies
Proficiency in managing expectations and facilitating alignment for successful outcomes
Experience working remotely, specifically in the PST time zone
