Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of approximately 1,500 commercial accounts, with premiums ranging from $5,000 to $350,000 (average $35,000 - $40,000)
Provide day-to-day servicing of accounts, including certificates, endorsements, and policy checks
Handle quoting for new and renewal business
Collaborate with assistants for administrative tasks related to high-value accounts
Utilize Epic software for account management and documentation
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in commercial insurance account management
Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required
Proficiency in using Epic software or similar agency management systems
Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
A proactive and client-focused approach to account management
Preferred
Experience with contractor, transportation, manufacturing, and technology risk accounts is preferred
