Lead Generation: Proactively identify and target local businesses in food, retail, fitness, and services. You’ll own your pipeline and be expected to consistently add new prospects
Outreach & Pitches: Engage business owners and decision-makers, deliver persuasive sales pitches, and close new partnership deals
Market Insight: Stay on top of local business trends and student preferences to anticipate opportunities and strengthen your pitch
Relationship Building: Establish long-term connections with partners and position housr as a trusted growth channel for their business
Promotion Design: Collaborate with partners to craft attractive student discounts and campaigns that stand out in the app
Targets & Metrics: Consistently hit and exceed monthly new-partner targets, using SMART planning to organize your daily activity
