Responsibilities

Cultivate strong merchant relationships to create a mutually beneficial partnership, constantly seeking expansion/growth/upsell opportunities for the client and ensuring the client understands the value our company brings to their business. Help merchants create and deploy effective marketing initiatives around financing using a data-driven approach. - (40%)
Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences, train merchants on our tools, and promote product adoption. - (30%)
Work independently in a dynamic environment, maintain organization across multiple tasks, and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. - (30%)

Required

High School Diploma or GED
5+ years experience in Account Management, Sales, Finance, Product Management, Project Management, Marketing, payments portfolio management

Preferred

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or related field of study or equivalent, relevant work experience
Proficiency in using Excel for data analysis and business analysis, particularly with e-commerce data
Experience in online marketing and/or retail/e-commerce
