Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and assist with the check-in and check-out process
Answer and manage incoming calls, email inquiries, and guest requests professionally and efficiently
Assist guests with booking reservations and provide accurate information about rooms, services, and local attractions
Handle guest complaints and issues in a polite, proactive manner, ensuring resolution to enhance guest satisfaction
Process payments accurately and manage cash, credit card, and billing transactions
Coordinate with other departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to ensure guest needs are met promptly
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, ensuring a professional and welcoming appearance
Act as a liaison to connect guests with special services or accommodations as needed

Required

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays, as required
Professional appearance and demeanor, with a focus on providing exceptional guest experiences
Strong multitasking and organizational abilities to manage a dynamic work environment

Preferred

Prior customer service experience, preferably in the hospitality industry
Proficiency in using computer systems and reservation software; previous experience with property management systems is a plus
