YUNLUE 云略 is seeking a strategic and execution-oriented Head of PR, North America to lead brand communications and public relations across the U.S. and broader North American market. The role involves building an influential PR ecosystem, developing a compelling brand narrative, and leveraging data-driven insights to enhance brand credibility and impact.

Build and expand a high-impact influencer and opinion leader network across North America, including authoritative media outlets, industry experts, technology leaders, and domain-specific KOLs (e.g., consumer, lifestyle, technology, and professional communities)
Establish and manage a tiered influencer and media evaluation framework to ensure relevance, authority, and content quality, driving sustained high-quality earned exposure
Design innovative collaboration models that go beyond traditional media relations, forming strategic partnerships and alliances that enhance brand credibility and long-term return on investment
Lead the development and execution of a clear, compelling, and differentiated brand narrative tailored to the North American market, aligning brand vision with local consumer insights and cultural context
Own major brand announcements, product launches, and milestone communications, ensuring they set industry benchmarks and generate meaningful discussion and influence
Drive integrated communication campaigns across earned media, shared media, and executive communications to amplify brand voice and media resonance
Ensure consistency through an “always-on” storytelling approach, maintaining a cohesive brand narrative across all consumer and media touchpoints
Leverage data insights, user research, and market intelligence to refine messaging, optimize communication strategies, and strengthen consumer trust
Develop PR-focused content strategies, including press releases, bylined articles, long-form features, and thematic storytelling, tightly aligned with core business priorities
Define and track key PR and brand influence indicators (e.g., share of voice, sentiment, brand trust, message pull-through), translating qualitative exposure into measurable impact
Analyze how PR activities contribute to downstream outcomes such as brand preference, consideration, and search demand for strategic keywords
Plan and execute a systematic awards and recognition strategy across key North American and global industry platforms (e.g., beauty, lifestyle, technology, innovation, and consumer awards)
Build long-term thought leadership platforms by producing industry white papers, insights reports, and executive viewpoints
Actively engage in high-level industry forums, conferences, and roundtables to strengthen the brand’s voice and authority within the ecosystem
Qualification
Required
Proven experience leading PR or strategic communications in North America, ideally within consumer, lifestyle, technology, or innovation-driven industries
Demonstrated success building PR strategy from scratch or significantly scaling an existing PR function
Strong track record of managing major brand moments, launches, or reputation-shaping initiatives
Experience collaborating closely with senior executives and positioning leaders as credible public spokespeople
Ability to design structured, layered PR strategies and translate them into executable plans
Deep understanding of North American media ecosystems and influencer landscapes, with the ability to cultivate long-term, trust-based relationships
Strong editorial judgment and storytelling skills, with sensitivity to cultural nuance and audience segmentation
Comfortable defining KPIs, analyzing PR effectiveness, and using insights to continuously optimize strategy
Ability to work seamlessly with marketing, product, brand, and executive teams, influencing without direct authority
Experience working in multicultural or global organizations; able to bridge global brand strategy with local market execution
