Responsibilities
Preventative maintenance, repairs, tenant improvement/handyman tasks, fixtures, light bulbs
General tasks with painting, carpentry, and patchwork in construction tasks as needed
Utilize BAS (Niagara) and MEP systems
General tasks in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical as needed
Qualification
Required
Special Boiler's License
5+ years in HVAC Service
1+ year of experience with facilities maintenance
Experience with HVAC
Preferred
EPA Universal
