Responsibilities
Utilize multiple data sources to compile, revise, maintain, and publish regular product management reports, including financial analysis and product usage
Provide technical guidance and leadership in developing product data management architecture and strategy
Create ad hoc reports based on the analysis needs of product teams
Examine product data for usage trends or market segmentation
Create and publish sales reports to support campaigns, promotions, and management reporting
Give priority to data analysis regarding strategic initiatives, including product contribution or profitability
Coordinate with other analysis resources in operations, marketing, and finance to utilize common systems, data catalogs, and existing reports
Write database queries and reports to place data points in proper relation to each other and produce replicable results in a production setting
Coordinate with third-party partners to integrate and organize product and promotional performance data
Develop and maintain documentation for data management processes, including data definitions, models, and flow diagrams
Demonstrates compliance with all bank regulations for assigned job function and applies to designated job responsibilities – knowledge may be gained through coursework and on-the-job training. Keeps up to date on regulation changes
Follows all Bank policies and procedures, compliance regulations, and completes all required annual or job-specific training
Maintain a working knowledge of Bank's written policies and procedures regarding Bank Secrecy Act, Regulation CC, Regulation E, Bank Security and other regulations as applicable to this job description
May be asked to coach, mentor, or train others and teach coursework as subject matter expert
Actively learns, demonstrates, and fosters the Columbia corporate culture in all actions and words

Qualification
Required
2-4 years of related experience
Product analysis experience
Ability to interpret large amounts of data
Ability to multi-task
Strong communication and presentation skills
Knowledge of statistical packages, databases, and Microsoft Office
Working knowledge of data warehousing, modelling, and mining
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Preferred
High school diploma or GED
Bachelor's degree in statistics, business, finance, or a related field
1-2 years Experience with IBM Cognos or other business intelligence software packages
