Build positive relationships
Earn and develop business partners trust to retain long-term connections
Analyze and manage an existing loan portfolio
Actively cross-sell credit union products
Collect and analyze financials to review and determine their creditworthiness
Responsible for understanding Arkansas Federal products and services in order to enhance member experience

Required

Knowledge of business lending models and products with a minimum of 6-8 years of related experience
Educated with at least a four-year college degree or equivalent
