Responsibilities
Design and maintain detailed financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning
Build flexible, ad hoc models to assess new business initiatives and provide actionable insights to leadership
Develop and deliver regular business performance updates that align stakeholders around key metrics and strategic goals
Lead cross-functional projects that drive profitability improvements and operational efficiencies
Develop and enhance reporting dashboards to track KPIs, highlight trends, and surface opportunities for growth
Perform variance analysis on operating expenses, identifying drivers and ensuring effective cost management
Simplify and refine financial processes to boost accuracy, efficiency, and timeliness of reporting
Provide financial analysis and insights to inform strategic decisions and support investor and board communications
Partner across departments to uncover and implement strategies that drive value and enhance performance
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in finance or a related field
2+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, consulting, or corporate finance, ideally supporting retail, consumer, or e-commerce businesses
Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, with an understanding of retail business dynamics
Ability to translate complex data into clear insights and presentations for leadership
Advanced modeling skills(e.g.Power Query); SQL or Python experience a plus
