Mid, Senior LevelCPS, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance & Engineering Manager who will coordinate maintenance and utility services necessary to support the manufacturing operation. This role involves prioritizing and scheduling work orders, troubleshooting plant problems, managing contractors, and overseeing projects to ensure they meet safety, quality, time, and cost guidelines.

Responsibilities
Coordinating maintenance and utility services necessary to support the manufacturing operation including but not limited to prioritizing/planning/scheduling predictive, preventative and breakdown work orders
Assigning tasks to Maintenance technicians
Modifying scheduled work based on changing priorities
Troubleshooting plant problems and implementing solutions and maintaining service records for critical facility equipment (mechanical, electrical, instrumentation & DCS)
Meeting established budgets and managing projects from inception to completion
Managing contractors and the overall Process Safety Management (PSM) contractor program; and preparing / implementing projects with clear objectives that follow safety, quality, time, and cost guidelines
Qualification
Required
Experience in coordinating maintenance and utility services in a manufacturing operation
Ability to prioritize, plan, and schedule predictive, preventative, and breakdown work orders
Experience in assigning tasks to maintenance technicians
Ability to modify scheduled work based on changing priorities
Experience in troubleshooting plant problems and implementing solutions
Ability to maintain service records for critical facility equipment (mechanical, electrical, instrumentation & DCS)
Experience in meeting established budgets
