Responsibilities

Own the full enterprise sales cycle (prospecting, discovery, solution alignment, business case/ROI, security and procurement navigation, contracting, and close)
Build and expand relationships with executive and technical stakeholders (e.g., CEO/President, CIO/CTO, Head of Digital, Lending leadership, Risk/Fraud, Operations)
Develop and execute a territory plan for credit unions and regional banks, including target account selection, pipeline generation, and partner motions
Position and sell solutions across lending and mortgage technology sales, automation, generative AI capabilities (e.g., virtual assistant use cases), and open finance/open banking connectivity (API-led integrations)
Partner with product marketing and product teams to tailor demos, messaging, and value propositions for bank and credit union buyers
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Engineering, Implementation/Customer Success, and partners to support evaluation, proof-of-concept planning, and successful handoffs post-sale
Represent the company in virtual sessions and at relevant industry conferences
Maintain accurate pipeline, forecast, and activity reporting in the CRM

Required

5+ years of SaaS or enterprise technology sales experience into financial institutions
Expertise selling into credit unions and regional banks
Knowledge of mortgage technology, AI, or open finance
Consultative selling approach with strong relationship-building skills
Experience co-selling with Microsoft or other hyperscalers is a major plus
5+ years of enterprise SaaS or financial technology sales experience selling to financial institutions
Proven success selling into credit unions and/or regional banks, including multi-stakeholder deal cycles
Experience selling at least one of the following solution areas: mortgage/loan origination technology, AI banking solutions, open finance/open banking integrations, automation/workflow, fraud/risk solutions, or digital banking platforms
Strong consultative discovery, executive communication, and relationship-building skills
Comfort navigating security reviews, compliance considerations, and procurement processes common in financial institutions

Preferred

Experience with hyperscaler partner sales (e.g., Microsoft, AWS, Google Cloud), including co-selling, referrals, or joint account planning
Experience selling through or alongside channel/implementation partners
Familiarity with common banking integrations and data/connectivity patterns (APIs, SSO, core banking integration concepts)
