Responsibilities
Acting as the main point of contact between a US-based Client and Decerto and our Partners during the implementation phase
Developing comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, risk management, and stakeholder communication strategies
Leading end-to-end project management using Agile methodology, from initiation through planning, execution, and closure, ensuring that the project is delivered on time, within the scope, and budget
Coordinating with the development team and stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration across time zones
Tracking and effectively communicating project progress, status updates, and deliverables to clients, leadership, and stakeholders
Identifying and proactively mitigating potential risks throughout the project lifecycle
Analyzing complex business processes and workflows, identifying areas for improvement and optimization
Actively investigating and responding to the client's wishes and needs to find appropriate solutions
Document business requirements, translating them into functional and technical specifications
Qualification
Required
Proven experience of 5+ years in business analysis (BA) and project management (PM) within software development, along with 4+ years of experience in the insurance domain, preferably in Property & Casualty
Deep knowledge of the US Insurance
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
A forward-thinking and proactive mindset with a high level of engagement
