They are seeking a Vice President of Revenue Cycle Management to oversee all aspects of revenue cycle operations, including billing, collections, and revenue analysis, while also leading RCM strategies and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Oversee all aspects of revenue cycle operations, including billing, collections, and revenue analysis in multi states
Lead and develop RCM strategies
Ensure compliance with policies and regulations
Optimize processes to improve efficiency
Collaborate with leadership to drive financial performance
Team management, performance monitoring, and implementing best practices to maximize reimbursement opportunities nation wide
Qualification
Required
Extensive knowledge in Revenue Cycle Management, including billing, collections, and financial reporting, SNF, ALFs, Home Health & Hospice. Multi-state a bonus
Proven expertise in Compliance, Healthcare Regulations, and Policy Implementation
Strong leadership and team management abilities, including mentoring and performance evaluation
Experience with financial analysis, reporting, and process optimization
Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills
Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a relevant field
Preferred
MBA or equivalent advanced degree
